30 Challenges to Jumpstart Your What’s Next

Sometimes you just need to shake things up.

When Tabitha Brown decided to complete the 30 day vegan challenge, she was hoping to feel better and end her chronic battle with headaches and fatigue. Not only did she achieve that, she started on a journey that would ultimately change her life.

Now I can’t promise you that the challenges below will net you your own sitcom, but I do believe they have the potential to jumpstart the next season of your life. it can be very helpful if you find yourself facing a mental health slump and need a reboot. Below is a list of over 30 ideas, but they are literally the tip of the iceberg and should only be used as a guide. Here are a few other tips to help you make the most of your challenge time.

Choose a time frame that works for you. There’s nothing magical about 30 days. Maybe 21 is good for you or even 7 could do the trick., some people decide a newly acquired habit works even extends beyond the initial time period so the number of days really is just a guide. There’s also no miraculous power starting on a Monday. Pick what works for you and commit, that’s where the magic happens.

Choose a challenge that goes along with the goals you have. When your challenge gets you closer to a long term goal, it’s easier to commit. If your goal is to buy a home in the new year an earning or savings challenge might fit the bill. If you want to get a good report at your next medical checkup, a health challenge may be just what the doctor ordered.

Don’t go it alone. There really is strength in numbers. Choose a friend or family member to help with accountability or encouragement.
