Hi Guys, I'm Calvalyn.
I'm a lifelong Hoosier, family coach, licensed school counselor, mom of four and grandmother of two and I am passionate about helping teachers, teach well.
As busy as I am, I don't have any extra hours in my day, but I do pride myself on being efficient and effective and I can help you do the same. I have personally trained thousands of teachers and now I have the pleasure of personally coaching educators who wake up every morning and head right to the trenches. I believe in relationships first, quality curriculum and making sure that everyone who enters a training I've produced leaves with a healthy dose of inspiration and information.
I want to help you reach and teach all your students.
What is a mastermind?
The concept was first introduced 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success, and described in more detail in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich. It's designed to allow for colleagues to join in a group with focused attention on solving a particular problem with the input and support of their peers. For the purpose of this group, the problem we will be solving is how to best educate at-risk students effectively and efficiently.
When is the mastermind?
Beginning the week of June 4, 2018, the mastermind will continue for 4 weeks, wrapping up just before Independence Day. Weekly prompts and training times are to be determined and all will be recorded for your convenience. Each week, you'll have access to about 6-8 hours of content, while still having the flexibility to enjoy your summer.
Where is the mastermind?
Technically, it's in my home office here in the heart of the midwest, Indianapolis, Indiana. BUT, all workshops and group sessions will be conducted virtually meaning you can show up in your jammies and learn from your living room, your deck or the sideline of your kids soccer practice.
Why do I need to apply?
As much as I'd love for people to pay me to do nothing, I only want people in this group who actually want to learn, grow and most importantly impact their students. The application is super simple, but it does help weed out the people who aren't going to really show up. Because this is a mastermind format I'm using the application to assure that everyone who joins us is as passionate about learning as you are.
How do I pay?
Once your application is reviewed you'll receive a PayPal Invoice to pay the $197 tuition. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
Will I get a certificate of attendance?
Absolutely! You'll get a certificate for each training and there will be opportunities for you to gain additional hours as well.
