Hey Friend!

I’m so glad you’re here.

And where is here exactly? Well, you’re in a safe space. It’s the space I created over 5 years ago that has evolved into something pretty magical. It’s about how I show up and serve and I hope you’ll find what brought you here.

Who am I?

Well, in your home, I’m a family coach, helping you create a financially fit family with tools that simplify working mom life. You might also see my in your child’s school supporting teachers as they create environments where ALL children can achieve. Either way know that if you see me, I’m a super-qualified cheerleader, committed to helping everyone live a life that they love.

Before we get into how I can help you, let’s get to know each other. I’ll start first with 7 super important things you should know about me.

My favorite color is coral. If you wear it around me I will undoubtedly compliment you and tell you how much I love the color. I may ask where you bought it, so be prepared.

I love feel good tv, like This is Us, and most recently binge watching Netflix or PBS documentaries, (#40life) but after a long speaking engagement or busy week, you’ll find me in comfy clothes, on the sofa, forcing my kids to watch Little House on the Prairie reruns.

I’m a writer at heart, which means I love to read. I’m writing and reading no less than 3 books at any given time.

The sun on my face is like heaven to me.

Seeing clients have a-ha moments is what I live for.

I’m the youngest of 5, the mother of 4 and mimi to 3. My family holidays are legendary, loud and full of joy…and board games.

Thanks to this #ketolife I live for my coffee, heavy cream and sugar free salted caramel syrup combo each morning.

So now that you know about me, let’s get to know you, shall we?

Does this sound like you? You start your morning with a racing mind full of your jam-packed to do list.  You’ve got bills to pay, kids to shuttle from one place to another and of course work. Balance sounds like something from a fiction book but something tells you there’s got to be a better way than what you’re doing now.

I get it, totally been there.

I started coaching after experiencing a transformation in my family triggered by my oldest daughter’s struggles with anxiety. Providing for a family of six on what felt like a non-existent budget, I made a decision to step out of my comfort zone and visit a behavior coach who helped us create a plan for our family that saved my family and my sanity.

Later while I was working as a school counselor, my specialty was helping teachers manage behaviors by building relationships and teaching self-regulation. Along the way, I came in contact with families who were struggling the same way I had been all those years ago.  I enjoyed helping them have hope and have built a career helping families and now schools get back on track and now, I'm ready to help you.

How I help:

  • One on One session; in person or virtual session for you or your family.

  • Workshops; at your school, church or community center
