The morning I recorded this video, the CDC updated it’s recommendations for masks during the school day.

It wasn’t lost on me that many schools who had just started or had previously released recommendations that were in line with the then guidelines would now be reacting to the report and as such needed to change. Many would say, being ready for whatever comes in the door is a part of the job description for modern educators, but we need to spend more time talking about what it actually means to be ready.
