Book Review: The Worry Workbook for Kids

Whether your kiddo had a pre-existing diagnosis of anxiety or not, we currently live in a time when shielding kids from their fears may not be possible, so an increase in worrying is to be expected.

But not all kids will need professional support and even those who do benefit greatly from a shared language that boosts resiliency and normalizes the full spectrum of emotion.

The Worry Workbook for Kids is a simple tool that can be used by parents or professionals to guide kids through exercises which normalize worries, teach coping skills for reducing the impact of those worries and overcoming worries that are within our control.
